Salary Range:

$50,000 - $55,000

 

Position Description:

Great opportunity to lead renovated full facility YMCA branch in Alliance, Ohio.  The Y branch has a long history of providing mission driven programs and services to the community.  The 24 member board is very supportive and dedicated raising $125,000 every year through the annual campaign.  

 

Facilities:

The 54,000 sq. ft. facility includes: six lane pool, 2 group exercise studios, group cycling studio, wellness center, Kieser workout room, gymnasium, four locker rooms, family changing rooms, racquetball courts, school age child care space, youth rooms and 13,000 square foot child development center serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers operated by a collaborative partner.

 

Association:

Mid-major Y Association of 10 branches with strong history of operating success: 1 out of 10 people in the service area are YMCA members, 20 consecutive years of balanced budgets and one of the highest member satisfaction rates in the country.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Values consistent with the YMCA
  • Management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Five years community/social service experience in community programming

 

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Budget responsibility of $500,000+
  • Proved fundraising skills
  • Four year degree
