In search of:

• Youth Development Specialist
• Approximately 15-25 hours per week
• Seasonal summer position

Hourly Rate:

Starting at $9.10 - $9.50 based on experience

Available Shifts:

Monday-Friday afternoons

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills with a focus on youth development
• Adaptable, Leadership Skills, Innovative, Welcoming and Empathetic
• Ability to relate to diverse groups of people from all social and economic backgrounds
• Experience with youth preferred

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work with students coming to the YMCA from Canton City Schools for enrichment opportunities.
• Clean and organize during and after shifts.
• Interact with children, families and other guests.
• Represent good character.
